USSTBS Executive Management Talents Training Program for Taizhou Enterprises Successfully Launched

Adhere to talent is the first resource, and to further cultivate innovative management talents as well as enable the development of new quality productivity, on June 12, 2024, the EDP Center of the Business School organized an executive management talents training class, entrusted by Taizhou Human Resources Service Industrial Park (HRSIP Taizhou). Ma Jingbo, secretary of the Party Committee of the Business School, Ge Yuhui, executive deputy director of the USSTBS EDP Center, and Li Shujie, chairman of HRSIP Taizhou Operation Company, attended the course launching ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Zhang Baoming, director of the General Office of the USSTBS EDP Center. 37 executives from various enterprises in Taizhou Medical High-Tech Zone (Gaogang District) participated in the training program.

At the launching ceremony, Ma Jingbo warmly welcomed the trainees and introduced the history and development of the Business School. He pointed out that enterprises, industrial parks, and educational institutions should work together to enhance innovation within enterprises, improve the technological innovation capabilities of enterprises, strengthen the professionalism of human resource managers, and improve corporate governance and human resource management.

Li Shujie, on behalf of the Industrial Park, expressed her gratitude to the USSTBS’s leadership team, lecturers, and staff. She encouraged trainees to take advantage of the training opportunities with a pragmatic attitude and style, to learn diligently, and to think deeply. Study to gain knowledge, study to achieve progress, study to attain success. She also emphasized the importance of continuous self-improvement to contribute to the development of enterprises.

The training program, which combines classroom teaching and on-site teaching, aims to enhance senior managers' human resource management skills and expand enterprises’ corporate governance capabilities. The launch of the Executive Management Talents Training Program not only provides a high-level learning platform for executives but also builds a bridge for school-enterprise cooperation and for resource sharing. Through this training, trainees will acquire systematic knowledge and skills to contribute to the innovation and development of enterprises.
